Azide-COOH is one of CBP’s carboxylic functional alkyne-azide click chemistry reaction reagents that can be used to conjugate to proteins, peptides and other material surfaces bearing primary amine or hydroxyl groups. Reaction between COOH and amine group results a stable amide bond. Meanwhile, Azide can react with alkyne with copper catalyst or (Cyclo-alkyne) DBCO group easily without need any copper catalyst.
