Description
Azide-x-NHS is one of CBP’s alkyne-azide click chemistry reaction reagents that can be used to conjugate to proteins, peptides and other material surfaces bearing primary amine groups. Reaction between NHS and amine group results a stable amide bond. Meanwhile, Azide can react with alkyne with copper catalyst or (Cyclo-alkyne) DBCO group easily without need any copper catalyst.
