Description
Tetrazine-X-SH (Tetrazine Thiol) is one of CBP’s tetrazine-dieno click chemistry functional reagents that have a reactive free thiol/sulfhydryl group (-SH). Thiol group is a useful functional group that can bind to many noble metal surfaces such as gold or silver. CBP’s Tetrazine Thiol has a medium length PEG linker between Tetrazine and SH groups that offers better water solubility and sufficient space length between Thiol and Tetrazine groups.
