Description
Norbornene(NBE)-X-NH2 is one of CBP’s Norbornene(NBE)-dieno-tetrazine click chemistry functional reagents that have a primary amine group (-NH2). Primary amine is a versatile functional group that can react with carboxylic group, hydroxyl group and succinimidyl ester group. Reaction between amine and those groups can form stable amide bonds. There is a medium length PEG linker between Norbornene(NBE) and NH2 groups that offers better water solubility and sufficient space length between substrates and Norbornene(NBE) groups. Meanwhile, Norbornene(NBE) can react with tetrazine group easily without need any copper catalyst.
