Description
Norbornene-labeled Dextran Conjugate is a functionalized dextran polymer containing norbornene groups for bioorthogonal click chemistry applications. The norbornene moieties undergo selective inverse electron-demand Diels–Alder (IEDDA) reactions with tetrazine molecules under mild, catalyst-free conditions. The dextran backbone provides a water-soluble, biocompatible polymer scaffold with multiple sites for functionalization. This conjugate is well suited for applications including hydrogel formation, biomaterials, surface modification, bioconjugation, and controlled crosslinking.
