Description
DBCO-X-NHS is one of CBP’s alkyne-azide click chemistry reaction reagents that can be used to conjugate to proteins, peptides and other material surfaces bearing primary amine groups. There is a medium length PEG linker between DBCO and NHS ester groups that offers better water solubility and sufficient space length between substrates and DBCO groups. Reaction between NHS and amine group results a stable amide bond. Meanwhile, DBCO can react with azide group easily without need for any copper catalyst.
