Description
Synonyms: Dextran-labeled Carbonylacrylic, 500kDa
Carbonylacrylic (CBA) Dextran Conjugate is a water-soluble, functionalized dextran polymer containing carbonylacrylic groups for selective bioorthogonal conjugation and polymer crosslinking. The CBA groups provide highly reactive handles for conjugation with 1,2-aminothiols through carbonylacrylic chemistry under mild, aqueous conditions. The dextran backbone offers a biocompatible, hydrophilic scaffold with multiple sites for functionalization, making this conjugate useful for hydrogel formation, biomaterials, bioconjugation, and controlled polymer crosslinking.
