Cy5 labeled Azide is one of CBP’s near infrared fluorescent azide reagents for Click Chemistry. Cy5 is a bright blue colored infrared fluorescent dye that has excitation/emission wavelength at 650 nm/670 nm. Cy5 labeled Azide can react easily with DBCO directly or linear alkyne catalyzed by copper (I) catalyst.
