Description
DBCO-X-NHS is one of CBP’s alkyne-azide click chemistry reaction reagents that can be used to conjugate to proteins, peptides and other material surfaces bearing primary amine groups. There is a medium length PEG linker between DBCO and NHS groups that offers better water solubility and sufficient space length between substrates and DBCO groups. Reaction between NHS and amine group results a stable amide bond. Meanwhile, DBCO can react with azide group easily without need any copper catalyst.
