Norbornene(NBE)-X-SH (Norbornene(NBE) Thiol) is one of CBP’s Norbornene(NBE)-dienophile-tetrazine click chemistry functional reagents that have a reactive free thiol/sulfhydryl group (-SH). Thiol group is a useful functional group that can bind to many noble metal surfaces such as gold or silver. CBP’s Norbornene(NBE) Thiol has a medium length PEG linker between Norbornene(NBE) and SH groups that offers better water solubility and sufficient space length between Thiol and Norbornene(NBE) groups.
