Description
Tetrazine-X-NH2 is one of CBP’s tetrazine-dieno-azide click chemistry functional reagents that have a primary amine group (-NH2). Primary amine is a versatile functional group that can react with carboxylic group, hydroxyl group and succinimidyl ester group. Reaction between amine and those groups can form stable amide bonds. There is a medium length PEG linker between Tetrazine and NH2 grous that offers better water solubility and sufficient space length between substrates and Tetrazine groups. Meanwhile, Tetrazine can react with azide group easily without need any copper catalyst.
