DBCO-x-Thiol is a bifunctional polyethylene glycol (PEG) linker containing a dibenzocyclooctyne (DBCO) group and a terminal thiol. The DBCO group enables copper-free click conjugation with azide-functionalized molecules, while the thiol provides a reactive handle for coupling to maleimides, thiol-reactive surfaces, and other sulfhydryl-compatible groups. The PEG spacer improves solubility and provides flexible spacing between conjugated molecules.
