DBCO labeled Dextran conjugate is one of CBP’s clickable polysaccharides that can react with azide groups. Dextran is a poly-glucose polysaccharide that has high solubility in water. DBCO labeled dextran can be easily conjugated to azide-functionalized substrates via copper free Click Chemistry reaction.
Dextrans are naturally synthesized polysaccharides with good water solubility, low toxicity and varied molecular weights. Dextrans modified with dyes and other biomolecules have been successfully used as long-term tracers for live cells. CBP also provides customized dextran products for your special needs.
