Cy5.5-Carbonylacrylic (Cy5.5-CBA) is a thiol-reactive fluorescent click chemistry reagent for rapid and selective labeling of proteins, antibodies, and other biomolecules containing free thiol (-SH) groups. The carbonylacrylic (CBA) moiety undergoes efficient conjugation with thiols under mild aqueous conditions, while the Cy5.5 fluorophore provides near-infrared fluorescence (Ex/Em: 675/694 nm) for sensitive imaging, flow cytometry, and fluorescence-based detection applications.
