Description
Azide-SPDP is one of CBP’s alkyne-azide click chemistry functional reagents that have a thiol reactive and cleavable dithiol bond. SPDP (Pyridyl dithio propionate) can easily react with thiol group to form a cleavable dithio bond. CBP’s Azide SPDP conjugate has a medium length PEG linker between Azide and SPDP groups that offers better water solubility and sufficient space length between SPDP and Azide groups.
